1. Who we are
This website, www.cele-brat.tech (the "Site"), is operated by CeleBrat Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in India (MSME/Udyam and GST registered), referred to here as "we", "us" or "our". For anything related to this policy, write to info@cele-brat.tech.
2. What information we collect
2a. Information you give us
When you use the enquiry / "Book a free consultation" form, or email us directly, we receive what you choose to share:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name
- Your phone number (optional)
- The service you are interested in (Build, Train or Consult)
- Your message
2b. Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our web server records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These server logs are used only to keep the Site running securely and to diagnose problems.
When you submit the enquiry form, we also use a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time to limit the number of submissions per hour and block spam. We cannot read your IP address back from it, and it is not linked to your enquiry.
2c. Information we do not collect
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social-media trackers or tracking cookies on this Site. We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal data through the Site.
3. How we use your information
We use the details you give us only to:
- Reply to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation
- Follow up on the specific request you made
- Prepare a proposal if you ask for one
- Keep a record of our correspondence, as any business would
- Prevent spam and misuse of the form
We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask us to, and we do not send unsolicited marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process your information with your consent (which you give by submitting the form or emailing us) and because it is needed to respond to your request. Where you later become a client, we process your details to perform our agreement with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations under Indian law. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with service providers that help us run the Site and receive your enquiry:
- Email delivery (Brevo) — the enquiry form is emailed to us through Brevo's transactional email service, so Brevo processes the form contents in order to deliver that email.
- Email hosting (Google Workspace) — our business email, where your enquiry and any replies are stored.
- Web hosting (Hostinger) — the Site and its server logs are hosted on a server we rent from Hostinger.
- Fonts (Google Fonts) — the Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts; when the page loads, your browser requests these files from Google, which may record your IP address as part of serving them.
These providers only process data on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or a government authority in India.
6. Where and how long we keep it
- Enquiries are emailed to our business inbox and a backup copy is kept on our own server, so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails.
- We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (normally up to 3 years), in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting rules.
- The hashed IP record used for spam control expires automatically after one hour.
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting and are then overwritten.
- Email yourself and we will delete your enquiry sooner, unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. How we protect it
The Site is served over HTTPS, so anything you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled systems and is seen only by the people at CeleBrat Ventures who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.
8. Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent to further contact from us
- Raise a concern about how we have handled your data
Just email info@cele-brat.tech. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 7 working days, and may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Cookies
This Site does not set any cookies of its own — no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies — so there is no cookie banner to click away. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
10. Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites (for example, our other brands or third-party tools). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
11. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
